Hi! There seems to have been a breakthrough in regards to generalising josephson junction to Magnetic Fields. The effect is called coherent quantum phase slip which lead according to this report on Physics World: http://physicsworld.com/cws/article/news/2012/apr/19/magnetic-josephson-effect-seen-for-the-first-time to a magnetic Josephson junction..
